Position:  Food & Beverage Waiter / Waitress

Qualification and Skills

  •  Able to speak in Malay and English
  • Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Friendly with cheeky personality and good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.

 Responsibility

  •  To setup/arrange tables according to instruction.
  • To take guest food and beverages order.
  • Should familiar with the respective outlet menu/product.
  • To present bill and collect payment from guest.
  • Able to deliver prompt service to guest with courteousness, alertness and accuracy.

Position:  Housekeeping

Qualification and Skills

  •  Able to speak in Malay.
  • Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Friendly with cheeky personality and good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.

 Responsibility

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms, back of the house areas and customer areas.
  • Service all bedrooms and corridors, in line with the company policies
  • Create and work to daily job lists from the room status list, arrivals and departures
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately to Executive Housekeeper or Supervisors including all furniture, fittings and features
  • Complete all periodical tasks, such as under bed cleaning, cleaning window blinds and bathroom floor scrubbing
  • Store all soiled and clean linen in line with hotel policy and requirement
  • Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests, to ensure their comfort is satisfactory and safety .

Position: Hotel Receptionist

Qualification and Skills

  • Able to speak in Malay and English
  • Possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel or equivalent
  • Friendly with cheeky personality and good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns
  • Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
  • Handle check-in and check-out
  • Attend to all routes of room bookings, such as online, phone, and in person, to ensure that reservations are not left hanging but attended to promptly to keep the hotel business running
  • Communicate with Housekeeping departments to make sure current information on status of rooms.
  • Process payments for the departures.
  • Maintain orderliness at the front desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the front desk area clean at all times to avoid rowdiness.
  • Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality/timing.
  • Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction.
  • Handover shift
  • Ensure compliance with all related policies procedures.

Position: Technician (Maintenance Department)

Qualification and Skills

  • Able to speak in Malay and English
  • Certificate in mechanical/electrical engineering or its equivalent.
  • 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Good team player, self-confident, reliable, minimum supervision.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible to perform daily repair and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work assignment in accordance with the schedule as assigned by the supervisor, Executive or Assistant Manager.
  • Perform all maintenance and repair with speed and thoroughness.
  • Note, in writing on the work order request sheet, any additional repairs or any condition that may require special explanation to the others department and guest.
  • Provide complete and accurate realty written description of repairs, and maintenance performed on the work request order sheet of the repair assigned.
  • Purchase and maintain tools necessary to perform assigned tasks.
  • Report all case non compliance to the supervisor or executive with accurate records and descriptions.
  • Wiling to learn and carry out multi task skill.
  • Check and replace fused bulb in guest rooms and public area.
  • Responsible of cleanliness of their work place workshop, guest room, and public area during and after completion of work.
  • Daily basis checking, others sub meter, roof top, main water tank, guest rooms public area, grease trap, check cold water pump at mechanical rooms.
  • Responsible for replacement and repair of bathroom accessories.
  • All times cleaning any black mark at wall, ceiling after completed any assignment. Daily basis checking, others sub meter, roof top, main water tank, guest rooms public area, grease trap, check cold water pump and hot water pump at mechanical rooms.
  • Carry out routine inspection and servicing of air-conditioners in the Resort.
  • Monitor readings on thermometers and fan speed.
  • Repair and maintain all air-conditioners.

Position: Kitchen Helper

Qualification and Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
  • Required languages: English Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Requires at least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experienced in Restaurant.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and a hands-on person
  • Experienced in handling functions and events

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cutting, cooking and preparing food for serving
  • Always punctual, and friendly to assist customer in ordering food
  • Good Attitude
  • Good hygiene, clean at all times.
  • To do the buffet setup
  • Prepare all dressing and garnishing for all food menu
  • Make sure all food is on the highest quality
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment and utensil.

Position: Internship 

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia),Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Others or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tioman Island.
  • 3 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
