  • Check in time is 3pm and checkout time at 12noon.
  • If you wish to check in early before 11am only will be allow if the room is vacant and ready.
  • Late checkout will be charge 50% from room rate and allow to checkout latest at 5pm.
  • After 5pm will be charge 100% from room rate.
  • Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in.
  • Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants as per hotel policy is chargeable at the discretion of the Hotel RM 10.00 per person.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Cooking in the rooms, outside food & raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are prohibited at the Hotel.
  • Guest will be fined RM 500.00 and have to checkout immediately without any refunds.
  • No room decorations by third parties are permitted at the Hotel.
  • Special decoration packages are available via request from the Hotel, and are subject to charges.
  • Guests checking-in with balloon decorations are required to remove them from the premises upon check-out.
  • Additional cleaning fees may apply for self-decorated rooms that cause damage, or additional clutter/excess litter during the stay.
  • Pursuant with the Tourism Tax Act 2017, a charge of RM 10.00 per room per night Tourism Tax (TTx) will be levied on tourist(s) and non-resident guest(s).
  • Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempted from the payment of TTx.
  • TTx will be collected at check-in and is payable by cash or credit card.
  • TTx is excluded from room rates.
  • Please be informed that the state of PAHANG has imposed Sustainability Charge 3.00/room/nite to all hotel residence .
  • Effective 1st JANUARY 2022 in accordance of HOTEL (PAHANG) Regulations 2021
